  • Do I Need A Permit?

    This will depend on the county that you live in and their building codes. All building projects are unique so unfortunately we cannot advise whether you will need a permit or not. You should contact your local or county building inspector for requirement. It is your responsibility to pull any permits.

  • Can I Customize My Building?

    Yes, they are fully customizable, from the foundation they’re installed on, to the roof that tops it off, to the color combination of your roof, trim and walls. A few of our various customization options include windows, doors, insulation, colors and many more.

  • How Much Does A Metal Building Cost?

    The cost will depend on the size and style of your building, and added options. Since each order is customized to each specific customer, the pricing will vary greatly.

  • Are There Preparation Steps Needed Before My Building Can Be Installed?

    Yes, there are a few site preparations you’ll need to complete in order for your structure to be installed properly. Refer to this checklist to prepare for your installation.


    Call 811 to have them come out and mark underground lines free of charge.


    Prepare level lot: move earth if necessary to create a level surface. Sites must not be more than three inches off level to avoid any cut leg fees or other additional labor/ return trip fees.


    Clear any and all obstacles in and around the installation site such as cars, recreational vehicles, and debris to avoid a build over fee.

     

    Installation crews need a minimum of 36” all around the building to fasten any wall paneling, end wall framing, and trim.

     

    Have payment ready before installation crew arrives. We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, and major credit cards.

     

    Any safety requirements must be disclosed upon purchase of unit. We must be aware of any safety training or safety classes/videos our installation contractors must complete prior to installation.

     

    Site preparation is crucial to ensuring a smooth installation. Failure to adequately prepare your site could result in additional labor charges or even a return trip fee

  • Does Surface Have To Be Level?

    Yes, we can adjust up to 3” to compensate for unleveled ground. For larger structures we recommend that you have your site graded to ensure the strongest structure possible.

  • How Long Does It Take For My Building To Be Delivered?

    The average lead time ranges from 2 to 6 weeks, but this can change based on the size of your building project, your installation location weather conditions. We will notify you about a week ahead of scheduling to confirm a date and time with you. Our installation crews drive a truck pulling a 30-36 foot trailer, which means driving into small, or steep areas may not be possible.

  • How Long Does It Take For My Building To Be Assembled?

    Standard buildings are assembled from an hour to 1 week and will vary based on the size of your structure, additional customizations and the weather conditions in the area.

  • What Gauge Is The Metal?

    Standard framing option is 14 gauge measuring 2 ½” x 2 ½”. We also offer a 12 gauge option which is thicker that may be required in some areas. 

  • What Is The Warranty On The Metal?

    We offer written warranties on metal and also have a 90 day guarantee on workmanship. If there is a problem with the construction of the building, the problem will be corrected according to the terms and conditions of the contract.

  • How Long Will My Building Serve My Needs?

    They’re are built to last for decades to come, providing you with a solution for as long as you need.

  • What Type Of Anchoring System Do You Offer?

    We provide four types including a rebar anchor, concrete anchor, mobile home, and asphalt anchors. The type of anchor used for your building project will depend on the foundation surface that you choose.

  • Do You Offer Kits For A Metal Building?

    Yes, we offer steel building kits for all our structure styles. These kits are offered for a lower price; however, it is your responsibility as the customer to have them installed properly and follow local guidelines.

  • Can Two Vehicles Fit In An 18' Wide Carport?

    YES, typically, a medium size car and small truck, will fit. If you have a large car and large truck we recommend 20' wide or wider.

  • What Size Does My Concrete Pad Need To Be?

    All concrete pads are required to be at least 2” wider on all sides of the frame. For example: for a building that has a frame measuring 20′ x 30′, the concrete pad should measure 20’4” x 30’4”.
